OBJECTIVES
Summary
The project consisted of the implementation of an ERP system integrated with a MES for the collection and analysis of mechanical processing data, including the integration of CRM, production, and document management modules, as well as the development of web and mobile interfaces.
Objectives
To achieve the digitalization and integration of business processes, improve the collection and quality of production data, enhance process traceability, and ensure that information is made available in a simple and timely manner to company personel.
Results
Commisioning of the integrated ERP–MES platform, increased availability and reliability of production data, reduction in information management lead times, and improved operational coordination across company departments.
